Updated COVID vaccines have been ordered. Once they arrive, we will have COVID, flu and other vaccines available in the ParTNers Center by appointment only for eligible employees.

Reminder: Last day for appointments

The last day for appointments in the ParTNers Center is Dec. 21. Call us at 615‑741‑1709 if you need help transferring your care or medical records to a new provider.
