Fully tuning in to what others are saying is called active listening. It can be more difficult to achieve than you think. But active listening is a skill that improves with practice.

At this Lunch & Learn, we’ll show you what it means to actively listen. We’ll teach you how to identify and overcome barriers to active listening. And you’ll leave with the skills you need to improve the communication process.
