About the event

Do you ever feel like your life is a juggling act? Managing family and work demands can take so much of your time that you don‘t make yourself a priority. It can be easy to lose sight of how important self-care really is. But taking time just for you isn’t selfish. It’s crucial to your physical, emotional and mental well-being. At this Lunch & Learn, participants will have an opportunity to complete the Optum™ Lifescale® Survey and learn about resources to help meet their individual needs. They’ll learn stress management techniques and take home a variety of tools for addressing stress. Additionally, participants will:

• Examine personal values and choices

• Assess current state of balance and stress

• Identify resources that can be used to meet needs

• Learn skills to effectively manage multiple demands

• Explore ways to better balance the conflicting demands of life
