Lunch & Learn: Sweet dreams can boost your mental health

We all have the occasional sleepless night and experience the fatigue that follows. But insomnia, or chronic sleeplessness, can do more than just make you feel tired. It can affect your physical, emotional and mental health.

The link between sleep problems and mental health is strong; in fact, researchers have found that up to 90% of people suffering from depression also have problems sleeping. At this Lunch & Learn, we’ll discuss the underlying causes of insomnia, how it can affect your mental health and some tactics you can use to help you get the sleep you need.
