Wouldn’t it be nice to have a stress-free life? Unfortunately, for most of us, stress is unavoidable. But we can learn how to cope with it in a healthy way.
Some stressors are external, like money problems or conflicts with others. Others are internal, like grief or worry. All can negatively impact your health and well-being. At this Lunch & Learn, we’ll look at the many causes of stress. We’ll examine how stress affects your physical and mental health. And we’ll teach you some key skills for mindfully responding — rather than reacting — to stress.
