Scott couldn’t shake his symptoms.
A dull ache had settled near the front of his head. He had tenderness under his eyes, congestion and a lingering low-grade fever. Over-the-counter medicines helped some, but his symptoms were getting worse. He was miserable and fatigued. The last thing Scott felt like doing was leaving home to see a doctor, but he needed help.
Jan was feeling overwhelmed.
In addition to her own job, she was caring for her aging mother, wrangling two active pre-teens and adjusting to her husband working from home more. This new arrangement was translating into household chaos. She needed a sounding board and some ideas on how to cope.
Scott and Jan* both called the ParTNers Health & Wellness Center. Within minutes, they had scheduled a telehealth visit — Scott with a nurse practitioner, Jan with a behavioral health counselor.

While we are still open and seeing patients in person, the ParTNers Center is now handling many health care needs through telehealth.** These include:
Minor concerns such as sinus infections, UTIs, colds, rashes and joint pain
Help managing chronic conditions such as allergies, asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure
EAP counseling visits
Even parts of your annual physical
Although we can’t do strep tests or blood draws, look in your ears, or listen to your heart and lungs via telehealth, you still get real interaction with a health professional — from the comfort of your home. If our provider determines you need a prescription, we can write one for the pharmacy of your choice.
With safer-at-home recommendations still in effect, telehealth not only is more convenient for you, it also helps keep our waiting room reserved for those who need to come in for a hands-on check.
And, of course, there is no charge for telehealth visits for PPO members; for CDHP members, the cost is the same as an in-office visit until you reach your deductible, then there is no cost.
