Our Services

The ParTNers Health & Wellness Center offers many health care services to eligible state employees.* We can serve as your primary care provider (PCP). Or you can keep your current doctor and use Center services as needed. If you need more care than we offer, we can refer you to an appropriate provider.

If you are an active state employee enrolled in a PPO health plan, there is no cost to you. If you are an active state employee enrolled in the CDHP, you will pay out of pocket for services until you reach your deductible and then services are at no cost to you.

* Any state employee enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Plan (PPO health plan or the CDHP) can use Center services. Covered family members and retirees are not eligible at this time.

Diabetes Prevention Program

We now offer video telehealth visits as well as visits by telephone.* A video telehealth visit is done over your smartphone, tablet or computer. You and your provider can see each other and talk via webcam on each person’s device. While we can’t listen to your heart or perform a lab test, we can help you with many common health concerns, including:

  • Colds, flu, stomach viruses, sinus infections and rashes

  • Managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, allergies and others

  • Counseling with our onsite behavioral health counselor

With video or phone telehealth, if you need lab work or other tests, your provider can order it to be performed at our clinic in the Tennessee Tower. If your provider determines you need a prescription, we can write one for the pharmacy of your choice.

To make a telehealth appointment, call us at 615-741-1709. If you have a regular provider at our clinic, you may be able to make an appointment with that provider.

Once your appointment is scheduled, there is nothing else you need to do. We utilize a secure telehealth platform called Doximity that you may have used with other providers.  When it’s time for your appointment, you will receive a text with a secure link to start your appointment. If you prefer to connect through your computer, we can also email you the secure appointment link. It’s that simple.

The cost for a telehealth visit, if any, is the same as an in-person office visit at the ParTNers Center.

* We can only offer video telehealth to patients who are in Tennessee at the time of the virtual visit. Not all concerns are appropriate for telehealth. After your appointment is scheduled, your provider will review your complaint and medical chart and confirm that your problem can be addressed via telehealth. If your provider feels the problem needs to be addressed in person, we will contact you.
