Virtual Spring 5K Series - June Bug Dash
June 1-30
Celebrate spring with Working for a Healthier Tennessee. Join our virtual 5K series to get or stay active! Race when you want, where you want and how you want. Compete against yourself or others. Beginners, experienced runners and walkers are welcome. Please consult with your physician before beginning an exercise program.

Aging Healthfully (presented by Here4TN)
Thursday, June 9 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. CT
Looking at research, like factors and myths related to aging, participants will learn about positive thinking and its contribution to healthy aging, learn the importance of balance and use a tool to sharpen self-awareness. There will also be a group discussion about the benefits of mobility, activity and exercise.
Tennessee State Parks Healthy Parks Healthy Person Info Session (presented by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation)
Tuesday, June 14 from 12-12:30 p.m. CT
Come and learn about everything our Tennessee State Parks have to offer! A Healthy Parks Healthy Person representative will also talk about an app that rewards you for getting outdoors. Three attendees chosen at random will receive a door prize!
