Eligibility
The ParTNers Health & Wellness Center welcomes all employees enrolled in the State Group Health Insurance Plan. There is no cost for Center services if you are enrolled in a PPO. If you are enrolled in the CDHP, you will pay out of pocket for services until you reach your deductible, then services are provided at no cost to you. You must present your Partners for Health insurance card at every visit.
Free Tower Parking
The Tennessee Tower has a limited number of free parking spaces just for ParTNers Center appointments! When you call for an appointment, tell us you need parking. We’ll let you know if a space is available during your appointment time. When you arrive, tell the garage attendant you are on the visitor parking list. You must give your name, but you do not have to give your reason for being in the Tower. Read complete rules.
